The Regional Center of Expertise on Education for Sustainable Development (RCE) , Phayao Municipality aims to transform Phayao into a livable city by empowering citizens and achieving sustainable development across economic, environmental, and cultural dimensions. It addresses challenges through cross-learning, community engagement, and partnerships, fostering innovation and utilizing local wisdom. The RCE collaborates with various stakeholders, including University of Phayao and its partners, to promote sustainable practices, enhance education, and drive economic growth, ultimately contributing to local and global sustainability.
